I really hate that if i stop working out for like a day or two and then i feel like not working out on subsequent days. @
Since the start of insanity program, I’ve kept to a relative good diet and lost a lot of body fats. But ever since the start of the year, I’ve let myself go and although I’m a far cry from where I was before insanity, I feel like im putting fats on again. Hahahaha. Gotta get back on track again.
